This class is for those who are new to yoga or the Iyengar yoga method. These introductory classes are designed to teach the foundations of the practice with the emphasis on standing poses. Forward bends, simple backbends and inversions are also introduced.
Our teachers are well trained and experienced to guide new students through their first yoga experience, and the teaching method progressively builds solid foundation of practice.

You don’t have to be flexible, any particular age or fitness level to begin. Your commitment to a regular weekly class is more important than your ability or flexibility to get you started on your yoga path.
